- Terry Phillips Added 2018-03-01★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called them at 9:57 am on a Friday. The message said that their offices were open from 9 - 4 Monday through Friday. I tried five times, and no one answered. The message also instructed me to press one for English but gave me nothing but instructions in French. Wow!!!
